These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Caribbean Tax Legal, operated by CTL Innovative Marketing Management (Corporate Registration Number: 1520954), with its registered office at 610, Miraculum Tower, Dubai Internet City, Al Thanyah 1, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We provide company incorporation services, specifically the formation of Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) in Caribbean jurisdictions. Our services include document preparation, government filing, registered agent appointment, and obtaining tax exemption certificates as described on our website.

• Our all-inclusive incorporation package is priced at USD 5,500, which covers all services and government fees as listed on our website.
• Payment is due prior to commencement of incorporation services.
• Annual renewal fees for registered agent services and good standing maintenance are separate and will be quoted upon completion of initial incorporation.
• All fees are non-refundable once government filing has commenced.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for all incorporation documents and KYC/AML requirements
• Respond to document requests and queries in a timely manner
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion, fraud, or terrorism financing
• Comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence and operation

All engagements are subject to satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) due diligence procedures. We reserve the right to decline services if KYC/AML requirements are not met or if we have reason to believe the engagement may involve unlawful activity.

While we endeavor to complete incorporations within 5–10 business days from receipt of all required documents and payment, timelines may vary depending on government processing times and completeness of submitted documentation. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities or incomplete client submissions.

Our services are administrative in nature. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. We strongly recommend that you consult qualified legal and tax advisors in your jurisdiction regarding the implications of forming and operating an offshore entity. Any information provided on our website or during consultation is for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice.

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or the operation of any entity formed through our services.
• We are not responsible for decisions made by banks, financial institutions, or other third parties regarding your entity.

All content on this website, including text, design, logos, and graphics, is the property of CTL Innovative Marketing Management and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law, regulation, or as necessary to provide our services (e.g., filing with government authorities).

Either party may terminate the engagement by written notice. If government filing has already commenced, fees paid are non-refundable. Upon termination, we will provide you with any documents already prepared on your behalf.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
